“My child has to support his family. My great granddaughter has to feed her family. I know it’s tough out there,” she added. “What do I like? [Ocasio-Cortez] Did. Wow. We talk to people all the time who say, ‘This is what’s bothering me.’ But, what is bothering everyone should not be something that puts the other 85 percent at risk. “I think that’s what we’re saying.”

Point very well taken. So, for now, it looks like Whoopi is staying with the show — at least until the end of the year, when a scheduled exit is already on the books.

The inside source described Whoopi’s dressing room: “It’s very small, and she doesn’t have her own bathroom.”

Dressing room drama can seem trivial and even cliché. But television hosts can spend a lot of time in the dressing room. They may also be status symbols – showing favor or favoritism.
