Based on some of his recent comments, Torry Roloff has quite a few Small People, Big World fans.

This is when you indicate that you are almost done with the show.

Now, though, fans and followers of the longtime TLC personality are really worried.

Because she revealed something very personal as opposed to just professional.

Zach and Tori Roloff sit down here for a confessional on Little People, Big World.

“Sorry I left you all hanging yesterday. We learned that Zach’s shunt needs repair and will have surgery in the morning,” the mom of three wrote via her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Feb.

She continued as follows, stating that she was hesitant to share the news, but:

“I’m a firm believer in prayer and something I could use tomorrow…

“They say it’s routine surgery but it’s so far from my routine and Zach and I are terrified. It sounds big to us but we have confidence in their doctors and their ability and knowledge! Any prayers greatly appreciated She goes.

Tori, Zach and their kids look beyond adorable in this family pic, don’t they?

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, a shunt is a hollow tube that is surgically placed in the brain to help drain cerebrospinal fluid.

The tube redirects the fluid to another part of the body where it can be reabsorbed.

As you can tell from the above, Tori hasn’t revealed what exactly was the matter with her spouse.

However, shunt procedures address the pressure on the brain that is caused by hydrocephalus; The procedure usually relieves symptoms that include difficulty walking and loss of bladder control.

In the past, Zach and Tori have spoken candidly about the health difficulties that affect their children… especially their oldest child, Jackson.

In November, Zach shared an update on how he was recovering after undergoing surgery to correct bowing in his legs nearly a year ago.

“It’s hard because the screws in his leg help straighten the leg,” Zach wrote via Instagram in response to a fan on Nov. 15 about how he was going five years after surgery.

“For him he probably grows an inch a year, so it’s hard to see and won’t be apparent for a while.”

Tori and Zach look worried and depressed in this confessional scene from Little People, Big World.

Elsewhere, as previously mentioned, Tori has made it sound like she and Zach are ready to live their lives outside of the spotlight moving forward.

“I feel like our time is definitely coming to a close, but trying to enjoy it while we’re here!” Tori told a fan who asked about her future on the series.

What could prompt this exit?

Torrie says she is just sick of the drama.
