- Stella Jones (TSX:SJ:CA) said on Thursday it had priced an inaugural offering of senior unsecured notes denominated in Canadian dollars.
- The company will issue C$400 million of senior unsecured notes due October 1, 2031, bearing interest at 4.312% per annum, payable semiannually.
