Looking back, she said: “I thought, ‘That was ridiculous. I’ve got to stop this nonsense.'”
Shania’s weight loss raises concerns

“She looks like she’s going to fly through the air and there’s no doubt she’s heading for health problems. She herself has admitted she’s not eating solid food the day before the performance, only eating smoothies,” the insider added.
“She was never overweight to begin with, so a lot of people are shaking their heads at this. It seems like she should get back to a healthy, nutritious diet and gain a few pounds before this becomes a serious problem.”
The insider added that although Shania may have had surgery in the past, “surgery isn’t her thing” and “she’s more than happy to go the natural way.”
