Investing.com – The Saudi Arabia stock market closed higher this Sunday; the gains of the sectors, and drove the indices higher.
At the close of Saudi Arabia, the rose 0.18%.
The best value of the session was The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (TADAWUL:), up 9.96%, or 1.90 points, to close at 20.98. Followed by Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:), which gained 6.89% or 2.50 points to close at 38.80, and Thimar Development Holding Co (TADAWUL:), which gained 6.04% or 2.50 points. .50 points, until ending the session at 43.90.
At the bottom of the index was Arriyadh Development Co. (TADAWUL:), which fell 5.27%, or 1.45 points, to close at 26.05. Meanwhile, Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:) fell 3.34% or 2.30 points to close at 66.50, and Zamil Industrial Investment Co (TADAWUL:), which was down 3.33%, 0.90 points, until dismissing 26.15.
Falling stocks outnumbered rising ones on the Saudi Stock Exchange by 156 to 156 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery fell 2.45% or 1.68 to $66.92 a barrel. Regarding other commodities, Brent oil futures for delivery in January fell 2.09% or 1.52 to settle at $71.04 a barrel, while gold futures for delivery in December fell 0 .11%, 2.80, to $2,570.10 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR fell 0.25% to 3.96, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
US dollar index futures rose 0.02% to 106.62.
