Paychex (PAYX) is in advanced talks to acquire smaller rival Paycor HCM (NASDAQ:PYCR).
A deal could be announced as soon as this week if the sides can reach an agreement, according to a Bloomberg report on Sunday, which cited people familiar with the matter.
