Remember Octomom? Well, now she’s on her way to becoming Octograndma!
Nadya Suleman became an internet sensation in 2009 when she gave birth to eight babies. Her photos went viral, as did the fact that she is now a mother to 14 children.
Fast forward a decade and Nadya is now a grandmother.
Yes, one of her 10 sons has welcomed his first child – and Octomo is overjoyed!

Nadya, 49, shared the first photo of her granddaughter on Instagram.
It’s a girl – the name has not been revealed – and the photo shows the baby’s tiny foot peeking out from beneath a pink blanket.
Without revealing which of his 10 sons welcomed the baby, the new nana wrote, “Thank you to my son and my lovely daughter-in-law for giving us this beautiful gift! We are so blessed to have a new member in our family!”
“Baby girl you are so adorable and we can’t wait to watch you grow!! 8/30/24 ????????❤️,” she added, revealing that the baby girl was born on Aug. 30.

Now, those who are good at math will notice that Nadya’s eight children – Noah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Jonah, Josiah, Makai, Maliyah, and Nariah – will only be 15 years old by 2024.
But Octomom was already a mother of six when she gave birth to eight babies.
Their names are Amerah, Cayleesa, Elijah, Caleb, Joshua and Aiden, and they range in age, with some even being older than their famous siblings.
For example, a few weeks before she first announced she was becoming a grandmother, she posted several childhood photos of her son Joshua in honor of his 21st birthday on Aug. 21.
“I am so proud to have become the man you are. You are smart, funny, hardworking, loyal, humble, and now a devoted husband and soon to be father,” she wrote.
And yes, 21-year-old Joshua is a father to a new baby.
Now everyone can relax!
What is Octomom doing these days?
Nadya has stayed away from the limelight for most of the time since 2013.
Speaking to People about her decision to step away from “Octomom” fame in 2016, Nadya confessed, “I quit doing that from day one.”
She further added, “I was violating my boundaries, my values and my own personality. I didn’t think about it at the time, because I was struggling to make a living and doing everything possible for my children.”
It’s understandable. What mother wouldn’t do anything to ensure her children’s future?
And now there’s a whole new generation to think about!
