Late last year, Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown split. Unfortunately, there was a lot more involved in the ugly breakup than just the two of them.
After confronting him at Molly’s place of business, Kelly allegedly strangled Molly’s daughter, Olivia.
In the preliminary police report, Cynthia Decker – Molly’s East-Bestie – Was a witness to the allegedly violent assault.
But Cynthia is no longer in the life of either of them. And she wants no part in any of it, including potentially bringing Kelly to justice.

“And,” Cynthia insisted, “I’m not going to sit back because I got my name wrong.”
Olivia and Molly Hopkins filed a police report of an alleged physical assault that occurred on November 21, 2022.
Kelly Brown, formerly of the NYPD, reportedly encountered Olivia at Livirae Lingerie, Molly and Cynthia’s place of business.
Olivia and another employee were working behind the counter. What started as an argument — something about Olivia’s boyfriend — turned into a physical altercation, according to the report.
“Kelly was upset with Olivia because of problems with Olivia’s boyfriend. Reports say that both Olivia and Kelly argued with each other.
“Kelly said he would come to her,” the officer described. “Olivia asked to come to her.”
The police report continued: “At which point, Kelly went to the counter, grabbed Olivia by her neck and slammed her against the wall.”
The report listed two reasons for which Olivia waited before filing a police report.
First, she “didn’t want to stress out” Molly Hopkins, her mother at the time.
And second, because Kelly is a former NYPD officer. In addition to making the alleged attack statistically improbable, it also worried Olivia that achieving justice would be extra difficult.
Some fans have suggested that Kelly’s “sudden” Instagram story post, which was intended to put Olivia in a bad light, was retaliation for her police filing. Although we cannot confirm this.
It’s unfortunate (and inexcusable) that Olivia body-shamed Kelly in the alleged email.
Of course, a physical assault is worse. One can only assume that Kelly was trying to get ahead of the story by posting this message.
While Kelly does not appear to directly refute Olivia’s allegations, he has denied other actions.
“I never punched him or threatened him with a weapon,” he insisted awkwardly. “I really want to be alone.”
Many people want to be uninterrupted. But if the security recordings support the police report, Kelly may have no choice. Cynthia wants out of it, but Olivia probably doesn’t need her.
