As previously reported, Shahs of Sunset alum Mike Shouhed was arrested on domestic violence charges against his ex-fiancee Paulina Ben-Cohen in 2022.
Now, meanwhile, TMZ has obtained surveillance camera footage of this alleged attack — and you should be warned:
It is graphic in nature.
In the footage, we can see Ben-Cohen pulling clothes from a rack in her closet… when a man she identifies as Shawhead comes up behind her… grabs her by the hair.. And throws him on the ground while the clothes rack falls on him.
The man then grabs Ben-Cohen, and appears to choke her face while she is on the ground, before attempting to grab her phone from her.
Paulina then throws objects to lure the culprit out of the walk-in closet.
From here… the video shifts to a child’s playroom where the man grabs Ben-Cohen from behind and puts his arms around her neck, seemingly tossing her around the room. Huey is strangling him.
Paulina responded to the abuse by slapping and punching him several times in the face and head.
Ben-Cohen says he previously shared the video with law enforcement.
His legal team used screen grabs as part of a civil lawsuit against Shawhead over the incident earlier this year, but this is the first time the full footage has been made available to the public.
On October 14, a judge ruled that Shouhed must enter a mental health diversion program for a year after being arrested two years earlier and charged with domestic violence, assault and unlawful discouraging a victim from reporting. Was accused of attempting.
She was taken into custody after a nanny called the police and officers noticed marks on Paulina’s body.
In her lawsuit, Ben-Cohen alleged that this was not the first time Mike had attacked her, claiming that they had come in one more A fight in 2021 over his ex-partner allegedly texting another woman.
She is suing Shohed for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and sexual violence.
“This is not the entire video,” the accused lawyers now say in a statement.
“The fight started in the living room. My client was trying to stop her from screaming because the children were sleeping. My client did not want him to smoke indoors because he had a child with a health issue and it was not in his best interest.
“The video shows my client trying to calm her down and then he goes after her and tells her not to stop yelling. There’s much more than what’s provided in the video and that’s why my client is getting the turns she is.
