She’s engaged and ready to get married again!
Mackenzie McKee gets engaged to her boyfriend after two years
“I got engaged last night,” McKee told the tabloid, along with photos from the proposal in May. “It’s very, very new. It was a big surprise.”
Just this past March, McKee introduced MTV viewers to Khesanio Hall on an episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion .
She and her fiancé have been together since December 2022, though they kept their romance fairly low profile until they celebrated their one-year anniversary nearly six months ago.
Some observers believe the quiet nature of this romance was related to Hall’s skin color and McKee’s history of making racially insensitive comments.
According to McKee, who also posted photos of the big moment on Instagram, Hall invited his dad and sisters to be there for the proposal.
There was even a portrait of Mackenzie’s late mother, Angie, who passed away from cancer in 2019 and who was extremely close to her daughter.
“All my loved ones were here and everybody was crying and that made it very special,” he told us. “It means a lot to me.”

Mackenzie told her followers last year that her children Gannon, Jaxie, and son Bronx with her ex-husband Josh are a nearly nonexistent presence in her kids’ lives.
The couple married in 2013 and divorced in 2022. If you’re doing the math, she jumped into this romance with Khesanio less than a year after her marriage ended.
However, McKee is apparently looking forward to a future with a different spouse.
“I can’t believe I’m marrying the most amazing person on earth! My best friend. I love you so much,” she wrote on Instagram as a caption to the moment she agreed to become Hall’s wife.

“We met one night and we talked every night after that.
“We knew, and it’s been almost two years and there hasn’t been a single day when I’ve doubted or had any doubts. I’m really happy and I’ve never felt love like this before.”
“I really respect him a lot as a person and for stepping up and raising these kids.”
Hall has been living in Florida for some time now with McKee — who returned to the Teen Mom franchise this March.
“He never had any kids until he met me,” Mackenzie previously said of Hall. “Now he’s the best parent I’ve ever met.”
