Why are semaglutide injections controversial?

Using Ozempic or similar drugs for weight loss is not as simple as it seems. As soon as someone stops taking it, the appetite-suppressing effects wear off.

The long-term effects of using these drugs in this way are still unknown. And because of the known side effects, many people believe that starving themselves through injections is not the best option for them.

But the real controversy comes from the fact that it’s a drug. Diabetics have to fight to get a repeat dose of the drug they want. need So that some rich people can lose weight as long as they keep taking the vaccines.

So asking if someone is using Ozempic is not a veiled compliment. It feels more like an accusation. More like an insult.
