Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori has been accused of sending pornographic material to Yeezy employees.
In the spring of this year we reported that Kanye West’s former assistant was suing him. She’s not the only one taking him to court.
Another lawsuit accuses him of serious financial misdeeds and a disgusting workplace environment in which employees were treated like “slaves” and not paid fair wages. And there’s more.
The suit does not target Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori, but it does accuse him of sending porn to at least one employee.
Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have been accused of NSFW behavior in the workplace
TMZ Court documents obtained in the lawsuit against Kanye West.
That legal filing alleged that Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, shared a link to “hardcore” sexual material with one of his employees.
Apparently, this happened after Yee announced his “Yeezy Porn” studio in April. The filing alleges that these videos were accessible even to employees who were minors.
As we reported, the lawsuit does not name Bianca Censori as a defendant. Rather, it targets Kanye West and his former chief of staff, notorious alt-right “influencer” Milo Yiannopoulos.
According to the lawsuit, the duo did not properly pay employees for their long hours, as they worked until May 1 to complete the Yeezy Porn App.
The lawsuit explicitly accuses West and Yiannopoulos of subjecting employees to forced labor and cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment.
This lawsuit involves something worse than inappropriate messages
According to court documents, employees were subjected to racist comments and called “new slaves” while working on app development.
Notably, BuzzFeed It was confirmed in 2017 that Milo Yiannopoulos conspired with various white nationalists, including those who write for explicitly neo-Nazi publications, to push white nationalism into the conservative mainstream. Thus, these comments and such a hateful work culture are sadly not surprising.
Strangely, Kanye’s porn studio aspirations forced Yiannopoulos to resign. One of the cornerstones of fascist ideology is opposition to the expression of human sexuality and the desire to strictly control art. Despite Kanye’s outspoken love for Hitler and employment of notorious white nationalists, he’s clearly not fully in sync with some of their “culture war” goals.
As for the financial side, the lawsuit describes it as less inflammatory but no less fraudulent.
Reportedly, Milo Yiannopoulos was supposed to pay the employees $120,000 upon completion of the app. The condition was that they work long hours without any complaints.
There were non-discrimination agreements, and they were reportedly ordered to sign them or risk termination without pay. The suit also states that minors — some of whom were black and from other countries, even as young as 14 — had to sign “volunteer” agreements.
It doesn’t look like this was all Bianca Censori’s work
She’s Kanye West’s wife, and it doesn’t seem like she’s ever been anyone’s employer or supervisor. In most cases, a boss’s romantic partner shouldn’t be sending NSFW content to their employees.
But the real focus is on alleged unpaid wages and degrading, inhumane treatment.
The lawsuit against Kanye West and Milo Yiannapoulos seeks money owed as well as emotional damages.
