The screen icon has been married to her husband Danny Moder since 2002.
The couple has had three children together, and are often described as one of Hollywood’s most stable couples.

A source told the outlet that Julia and Danny have reached a point where they simply want different things.
He’s enjoying a more comfortable life these days, while he’s excited about his current career resurgence.
“One of his biggest concessions recently was to move the family from San Francisco [where they bought a home in 2020] Back to Malibu,” the insider says (via Yahoo! News).
The move was reportedly part of an effort to appease Danny, “who missed his surfing and industry connections.”
“But things don’t seem so good now that they’re back in the L.A. lifestyle. She’s doing her thing, he’s doing his thing. They’re living separate lives,” the insider added.
“They also have multiple homes and often live separately.”
Julia’s second task
The insider claims that most of the couple’s problems stem from Julia’s new hectic work schedule.
“Earlier, she used to do films here and there,” the source said.
However, now that Julia and Danny’s three children are in their teens, “she wants to work more.”

The source says Danny and Julia haven’t yet reached the point where they’re ready to end it.
But they know they have to work on it if they want their marriage to survive.
“They’ve been through a lot of ups and downs over the past few years,” the source says.
“Hopefully they can find some kind of balance between her professional and personal life again. When it comes down to it, she doesn’t want her marriage to fall apart — neither does he.”
