To be even more specific, Jessa Duggar gave birth to her fifth child just this past December!
Therefore, one might think that there is no chance of Duggar becoming pregnant right now. One more You gave birth to a baby so soon, right?
Correct?!?
it Is However, this Duggar family member we’re talking about means that she was raised to believe that she was nothing more than a woman who could have children — and it also means that hardly a year goes by without her announcing a pregnancy.
With that in mind… curious (and, face it, rude) Social media users have recently been under the impression that Jessa is expecting her sixth son or daughter.
The rumor began to spread rapidly last weekend when Jessa shared a precious family photo with a simple caption:
“So grateful for these blessings.”
As you can see above, Jessa is standing in the back holding her youngest son, George, in her arms while her husband, Ben Seewald, proudly stands behind her.
In front of the couple? Their four other children; Spurgeon, Henry, Ivy and Fern.
Duggar mostly received praise for her appearance, but one person said she “looks pregnant again,” while another wrote the following:
“And I hear there’s another one on the way?”
We don’t really know why this speculation is going around. Jessa does not look pregnant in this photo. Also, it is extremely unfair to spread this possibility on the internet based on just one photo.
However, the conversation grew so persistent that Jessa actually answered these pregnancy-related questions.
“I am not pregnant. I just ate too much ice cream during the holidays,” the mother of five wrote in response.
Again, it was only 10 months ago that Jessa welcomed George Augustine into the world.
“Throughout the entire pregnancy, Ben and I kept the sex of the baby a secret, and so today, the babies will come to the hospital and meet their little sibling for the first time and find out the sex of the baby,” Jessa said later in the YouTube video.
The footage then shows Ivy and Fern – along with Henry and Spurgeon – arriving at the hospital and discovering they now have a brother.
“Just when you think your heart couldn’t be more full as a parent, you see your older kids loving on a newborn, and your heart just fills up with emotion,” Jessa said in a voiceover.
“It’s the sweetest thing to see.”
Our guess is they’ll be having their sixth child at some point. Not yet, folks. And please stop saying the opposite on the World Wide Web.
