If you follow her on social media, you probably know that Jenelle Evans is very active on OnlyFans these days.
Janelle uses her Instagram and TikTok accounts to promote her subscription-only page on the “spicy site,” which is standard procedure for adult content creators.
In covering such issues, we always note that nothing Wrong With sex work, and legal forms are completely legitimate ways to earn a living.
Unfortunately, there’s some criticism involved, but that’s true of any material. Any Online post in 2023.
It takes a confident, emotionally stable person to post candid content and ignore the haters.
We’ll leave it up to you to decide whether Janelle fits that description.
Anyway, Jenelle hit back at her critics again this week in response to a comment by some rando that suggested she should choose a more “responsible” profession.
“No, but really, if she was as responsible an adult as she claims she is then she wouldn’t need to promote her ‘side job’,” this person commented.
“If I were a responsible adult, I would be paying my bills, right?” asked Janelle.
“I’ll make money to pay my bills. Seems like that’s what I’m doing, doesn’t it?”
From there, Janelle launched into an impassioned defense of her decision to post nudes for a living:
“There are so many different ways to make money these days, so why am I promoting and promoting Chinese products that will go broke by the time they reach my customers?” He asked.
“No, I’m not doing that. I’m not going to create fake social media for my fans.
The moral outrage about “Chinese products” is a bit strange considering that Janelle has never seemed very selective with regards to her sponsored content deals.
but anyway …
“So I’m going to find a different way to make money, and if that’s a spicy site, then more power to me, right? I have to pay taxes on it,” she continued.
“This is a real job, believe it or not. So while you’re out here hating, I’m laying in my bed making money.”
“Everyone hated Farrah [Abraham] For this and they threw him out of the show for this. Now this is acceptable,” a follower commented on the post.
Evans replied, “Yeah everyone keeps bringing that up” with a laughing emoji.
Another commenter aptly observed, “Considering that Janelle isn’t even on the show anymore, what matters is Farrah.”
Yes, the Farrah comparison is a bit odd, considering she and Janelle were on different shows, and the decision to fire Abraham had more to do with his behavior on set than his work in the adult film industry.
Similarly, Janelle was fired amid allegations of animal abuse and child neglect, but complaining about being victimized due to sex work is a convenient way to muddy the waters.
Anyway, it seems like once a week or so Janelle makes one of these videos where she pretends to be confident about her decisions while clearly downplaying her anger.
Some might take this as a sign that she’s too insecure for this kind of work, but of course, that’s up to her to decide.
