Dave Bautista destroys Trump by taking aim at one of his biggest fan bases: the Manosphere.
Despite the disgraced former president’s long list of felonies, additional charges, and countless policy failures, some misogynists are attracted to his unapologetic toughness, seeing it as a strength.
It’s time for a reality check.
And Dave Bautista, who is both an actor and a retired professional wrestler, is here to present it.
Dave Bautista was a natural choice to disparage Donald Trump
When Jimmy Kimmel noted how recent polls have shown some people regard the disgraced former president as a “strong, alpha guy”, he introduced a skit of Dave Bautista.
In the video, the actor and retired professional wrestler is seen wearing boxing gloves in a gym.
“Guys, we need to talk,” he begins, addressing the alarming proportion of American men who see something strong and meaningful about Donald Trump. “A lot of people think Donald Trump is kind of a tough guy. He is not.”
“I mean, look at him, he wears more makeup than Dolly Parton,” Dave Bautista continues about Trump. “He cries like a baby.”
While a video montage shows evidence corroborating his claims, Bautista says: “That guy is afraid of birds. Donald Trump asked his father to tell a doctor that his little toes were injured so he could avoid the draft. Look at that belly. “It’s like a garbage bag full of buttermilk.”
Bautista alleges “he’s barely able to hold an umbrella” while the video shows Trump struggling with the umbrella in the rain. “He has jugs. Big ones. Like Dolly Parton. And did you know he does a little dance? “It looks like he is holding a pair of giraffes.”
Dave Bautista further takes aim at Donald Trump’s notorious behavior
“He is moody. He screams. He throws tantrums. He behaves like a 5-year-old driving a truck,” he describes.
Bautista then proposes: “This November, let’s stop kidding ourselves.”
Ultimately, the 2024 presidential election could be thousands of votes short in some key districts in many swing states. The Electoral College makes a mockery of democracy itself, and threatens to ruin our country and the world.
Did Bautista do a good job? well yes. He did an excellent job of comedy, being himself and delivering his lines. We wouldn’t expect anything less guardians of the galaxy, duneAnd Riddick (2013) Sitara. He is a great actor.
The play contained elements of body shaming which have no place anywhere in society. Donald Trump’s body is completely his business. Their opposition to fundamental human rights and the rule of law, their troubling history, and the serious threat they pose to the United States are relevant issues.
But Dave Bautista didn’t write this play. Neither did Jimmy Kimmel. And at least that farce may have no value Obviously An audience was targeted – toxic, insecure men who are obsessed with pursuing patriarchal ideals and are convinced it will bring them happiness – who may well respond to such depressing rhetoric.
