The 30-year-old reality star and the 41-year-old producer married in a “last minute” ceremony on Tuesday, December 3, at Casa de Monte Vista in Palm Springs.
It was an intimate wedding, with only 20 guests present.
“We had planned to get married, and we didn’t have a date,” Courtney Stodden explained to the outlet.
“We just looked at each other, and we’re kind of crazy,” she admitted.
He described: “We just looked at each other and we were just like, ‘This is the right time to do this.'”

As for what motivated the couple — who began dating and got engaged in August 2023 — to get married, they explained that, too. After realizing that both of their families will be in town for Thanksgiving, the two begin planning their wedding.
“It’s the holidays, it’s already stressful and we just bought a house together, so we’re dealing with that,” she recalled.
He added: “Our family was like, ‘Are you guys crazy?’ And we say, ‘Yes!’ “It felt like the perfect time.”
“I’m really a free spirit and I’ve always been that way,” Kourtney described herself. “And I don’t think it’s all going to end after the wedding.”
She continued: “And so I felt like it was the right time and everything came together.” Hey, whatever works!
“I feel excited. I feel like I’m on a journey to where I’m supposed to be,” he expressed, noting that Jared “lights up” his life. “Everything that has happened so far has led me here.”
As far as the groom is concerned…
Jared himself expressed: “I feel great.”
He gushed: “I get to marry my best friend and the love of my life and I get to do it in front of her family and my family, so very excited.”
