The recent Los Angeles wildfires have consumed thousands of homes.
When Chris Pratt went to check on her, he also gave information about his ex-wife.
On Wednesday, January 22, Chris Pratt shared a video on his Instagram account in which he checked out his home.
“Okay, I’m going to inspect my house,” he told his fans and followers. “Miraculously, it’s still standing.”
Pratt then said: “By the grace of God, we have four walls and a roof.”
The actor expressed, “As you know, it’s really devastating.” “The silver lining is that my house was saved, but at the same time, many people’s houses around us were burnt down.”
Chris Pratt then addressed his 12-year-old son, Jack, and ex-wife Anna Faris.
“My son has missed school. My son’s mother’s house burned down. Dozens of our friends lost their homes,” he said. “It’s absolutely wild, and we’re resilient, and we trust God and consider it a blessing.”
Most of the time, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are delicate when talking about each other (if they do at all).
“I’ll give you more updates now that we’re getting back to life,” Pratt assured fans after praising Los Angeles communities coming together.
“There you go. God bless you,” he told his followers. “Thank you for your prayers. talk to you soon.”
In his caption, Pratt wrote: “Praying for LA and all those affected, we will get through this together. God bless.”
These days Chris Pratt lives with his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger. They have three young children: 4-year-old Lyla, 2-year-old Eloise, and 2-month-old Ford.
However, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris were a favorite celebrity couple at one time.
The breakdown of their marriage appears to have been complicated. In some ways, this was related to Pratt’s changing roles as his career progressed. There is also a public perception that Pratt went through a health crisis over Jack when he was an infant, and he and Faris found themselves no longer getting along.
It would probably be nothing short of charitable to explain that Chris Pratt believes his God intentionally allowed his ex-wife’s (and thousands of others) house to burn down.
Rather, people are allowed to count their blessings. And it is extremely common for religious or spiritual people to adapt their experiences to their religious beliefs. Especially after the magnitude of a disaster.
There are very legitimate questions about how Pratt presents himself to the world. And there are plenty of legitimate reasons why he’s many moviegoers’ “least favorite Chris.” But not because he is a religious man who is grateful to be alive.
