- Gold and copper producing company, Aura Minerals (TSX:ORA:CA) (OTCQX:ORAAF) and the Securities and Exchange Commission approved a forward split of Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs) on the basis of 3 BDRs for 1 BDR currently in circulation.
- Currently, there are approximately 19.26 million BDRs With no par value issued and outstanding, once the BDR split is complete, there will be ~57.77 million no par value BDRs issued and outstanding.
- BDRs will be traded without splitting rights from 11 July.
