Amy Slaton is giving fans and followers an unusual peek behind the scenes.
Not from his TV show.
But of his actual, real life.
On October 16, the 1000-lb Sisters cast member updated her official Instagram with a photo of her sons; First a snapshot of four-year-old son Gage… followed by two-year-old Glenn.
As you can see below, Amy simply wrote “2024” as the caption for these adorable photos.
The post is the first message shared by the TLC star after she was arrested on drug possession and child endangerment charges at the Tennessee Zoo.
Although it has not yet been confirmed, based on the first allegation listed above, it is pretty safe to assume that these same two children were present when Amy was caught at the above premises with drugs and drug paraphernalia.
According to a statement from the local police department — posted on Facebook along with mugshots of Amy and her boyfriend — officers were requested to respond to a local safari park where a guest had reportedly been bitten by a camel.
“Upon arrival,” it continued, “deputies were immediately struck by suspicious odors coming from the guest’s vehicle.”
The following things were also written in the message:
“The charges and allegations referenced in this release are merely allegations of criminal conduct, not evidence. “The defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and convicted through due process of law.”
Meanwhile, due to the child endangerment aspect, we hear CPS has launched an investigation.
There is at least some possibility that Amy Slaton could lose custody of her sons.
Amy, who finalized her divorce from Glenn and Gage’s father several months ago, confirmed that she and Brian Scott Lovvorn are in a relationship, sharing photos of them kissing in a Sept. 30 TikTok and writing:
“Hang on a movie dinner movie night with my boo Brian.”
We can’t say for sure whether or not he’ll appear in 1000-Lb Sisters Season 6 – but we can do Confirm that we will find out in the near future.
