The notes will accrue interest at an annual rate of 8.50% payable quarterly on February 28, May 31, August 31 and November 30 of each year, beginning May 31, 2023.
The offer is expected to close on April 14, 2023.
Underwriters have the option to purchase up to $7.5 million notes.
The notes are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade within 30 days of the original issue date under the symbol “SAZ.”
