Amy Slaton is single.
The 1000 Pound Sisters star confirmed her marital status on TikTok this week, finally admitting she is in the midst of divorce proceedings.
Her husband of four years, Michael, filed official papers in early March.
However, here’s the thing…
Just because Slayton is single, doesn’t mean she’s ready to mingle.
At least not with Josh Setter.
A sweetheart on The Bachelorette Season 11, Seiter has tried to stay relevant as of late by using the Internet to hit out at older reality stars.
For example, he previously expressed interest in both Mary Brown and Christine Brown of Sister Wives fame.
A few days ago, meanwhile, Seiter claimed she had a crush on Slayton and was even going to Kentucky for a date with the TLC personality.
The loser said at the time, “I’m leaving because honestly, ever since I first saw her on TV in 2020, I can’t stop thinking about her.”
“My whole life I’ve been attracted to plus size women, and she’s the epitome of the type of woman I’m attracted to,” he says now.
“I’ve never been open or honest about my attraction before because of societal pressures, but I recently stopped caring what society thinks and so I’m open about my attraction to Amy “
A lot of observers think the setter is pursuing clout by only showing interest in Amy Slaton… including Slaton herself.
On Wednesday, Josh announced that Amy had responded to his attempt to sneak into his DMs.
He even included snippets of their alleged exchange online.
“Go away. I don’t want to be with you,” Amy reportedly texted Josh. “I have a man. Stop being a creep stalker.
“You’re a cloud chaser,” Amy rightly added.
Apparently unable to accept Slaton’s answer, confirming that whole stalker thing, Josh replied:
“Just give me one chance to prove that I can be the man you need in your life.
“Please don’t listen to what people say about me. I am a good boy with a good heart.
After being reprimanded as such, Setter pretended to be upset by the response on Instagram.
“I never thought Amy would respond like this. I was just trying to do something nice for her,” he wrote via his Instagram story.
Perhaps, though, Slayton is a grown-up and mature and well-grounded woman who doesn’t need your pity, friend.

In the past two years, he was … briefly linked to 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Yolanda Leakes … and has dated 90 Day Fiancé stars Rose Vega and Karine Martins.
Josh also had a short “affair” with Love After Lockup star Lizzie Coombs, and attempted to hit on Sister Wives stars Mary and Christine.
Man seriously sucks.
For her part, Amy and Michael split at the end of this winter, after an ugly brawl that prompted a 911 call.
According to Dispatch, Slayton described her estranged husband as abusive and controlling when she spoke to police officers.
