Michael Cole reveals two new names for himself before WWE RAW; he’s decided to make the change

Michael Cole has become one of the biggest names in WWE and has quickly become an icon for his work over the last few years. Now, the veteran seems ready to change his name.

Pat McAfee took to his X account (formerly Twitter) to reveal that he was having the best time with Cole and that the veteran commentator had called himself a “rap icon.” McAfee said he couldn’t wait to “get to know” himself.

“Having a great time with self-proclaimed ‘Rap Icon’ @MichaelCole in San Jose… ‘Can’t wait to hear myself tonight’ 😂😂😂,” he wrote.

Michael Cole didn’t wait long before responding to Pat McAfee’s tweet, saying that he was still trying to figure out his new rap name and had decided to make the change. The names under consideration were “Coleio” and “Lil Cole.” He added that he was ready to stay all night.

“Still trying to figure out if my rap name should be ‘Coleio’ or ‘Lil Cole’. I’m ready to go ALL NIGHT,” Cole responded.

It’s safe to say that Jey Uso will have at least one friend in the RAW commentary booth, Michael Cole. Given McAfee’s work with Cole, the star may decide to change his name and make it one of the two shortlisted. Both commentators are great friends and are known for making funny decisions when they are together.
