Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Royal Christmas Card Unveiled!

Kate and William have revealed this year’s royal Christmas card.

Just days after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released their own card for the holiday season, their Prince and Princess of Wales are doing the same.

2024 was a very difficult year for Kate Middleton in particular. Probably the hardest of his life.

However, now that his chemotherapy has been completed, his family has a lot to celebrate.

Check out the royal Christmas card of 2024!

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, December 19, Prince William and Kate Middleton gave the world the first, animated look at this year’s Christmas card.

The card reads, in a very British accent, “Wishing you a very Merry Christmas,” and a happy New Year.

On the opposite side of the card, we see a family photo showing William, Kate, George, Charlotte and Louis.

The animation on the video simulates snowfall, although for the photo the card is indoors.

Talking about the location of the card, it is open in the foreground while a shining simple Christmas tree stands behind it.

Some Americans may be surprised to see the publicly funded family of national mascots become less inclusive during the holiday season. But the First Amendment is thoroughly American (when actually applied), and William will one day be Supreme Governor of the Church of England (yes, that’s a real title).

The Royal Card comes after a difficult 2024

In November, William revealed that both his wife and father were being diagnosed with cancer almost one after the other.

Although she acknowledged that the news and treatment were “brutal”, she also expressed that she felt “very proud” of both of them.

“Honestly? It’s been terrible,” Prince William said casually about 2024. “This has probably been the hardest year of my life.”

Kate Middleton was not only diagnosed with cancer — after doctors reportedly found evidence of it during stomach surgery — but it remained a secret for months.

In fact, the aura of secrecy surrounding this publicly funded family led to a scandal after a Photoshop failure gave rise to many conspiracy theories.

Kate herself had to reveal her diagnosis to quell speculation that she was dead or divorcing William. The royal firmament added unnecessary stress to an already difficult year. It’s this kind of nonsense that encouraged Prince Harry to move his family across the pond.

Speaking of Harry and Meghan…

Harry and Meghan’s more inclusive card was a tribute to the entire holiday season. (It’s good to remember that there are many religious holidays at this time of year)

However, photographs of his two children – in which their faces were apparently obscured – gave rise to conspiracy theories. Trolls accused him of using stand-in actors or even stealing the LLM technique.

staunch royalists will say or believe Anything We believe that Harry and Meghan should be portrayed in a bad light.
