Earlier this week, we reported that James Kennedy was arrested for domestic violence.
We still don’t know if James will face charges for this incident, but it seems like the events of that night had a big impact on their relationship.
Neither James nor Ellie have yet provided any specific details about the events leading up to their arrest.
But he posted a statement in which he thanked fans for their support during this difficult time.
And now, it looks like Elle has decided to move out of the house she was sharing with James.

Photos obtained by Page Six show James helping Ellie as she loads her luggage into her car.
It is unclear whether Ellie is moving out permanently or this is just a temporary break.
Whatever the case, the Ohio native has assured his loved ones that he is in no danger.
“Ellie is telling her friends that she is fine. She’s definitely safe and in no danger from James,” an insider told Page Six.
“I’m fine and taking the time I need right now,” she wrote on Instagram. “I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time.”
According to the police report, James has been accused of throwing a woman on the ground.
No charges have been filed, and Eli has been named as the victim.
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations made against James by the Burbank Police Department,” Kennedy’s attorneys, Scott Lemon and Leonard Levin, said in a statement released earlier this week.
“We understand that there were no injuries and we are hopeful that after careful review, the city attorney’s office will decide not to file formal charges.”
We will have further updates on this developing story as new information becomes available.
