Kim Kardashian shared photos of herself heading to school that clearly show North West’s growth.
It seems like it wasn’t that long ago that young North first realized that her family is, in fact, pretty famous.
Since then, North has developed her own interests and her own sense of humor. It’s part of being an individual. And it’s part of growing up.
She and her siblings are growing up right before our eyes. Kim Kardashian fans are amazed at North West’s apparent growth.
North West and her siblings are back to school
Kim Kardashian posted a photo of her kids on Instagram, writing, “School addiction has crept up on us.”
Photos of North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psholm West are featured in a short slideshow, which you can see below.
Kim also makes appearances with her kids. Although it’s the last half of September and most students have already spent several weeks in school, Kim apparently decided to document her kids now that they’ve gotten back into their routines.
North West was born on June 15, 2013.
This means she is 11 years old in these photos from September 2024. (Braces are also clearly visible on North’s teeth, which add an extra sparkle to her smile)

“Kimberly, how has everyone grown up so much,” read a comment from hairstylist Jen Atkin. (Many fans may jokingly call Kim “Kimberly,” but in this case, Jen is a real friend.)
Another follower wrote: “Your kids are beautiful but Northern [is] Everybody’s grown up!” Obviously!
Another Instagram commenter marveled, “OMG Northie is all grown up for us!”
North West wasn’t the only member of the family who earned plenty of comments.
Another Instagram user commented: “Psalm is not ready.” He appears to be a sleepy guy.
Another wrote, “Empire looks like a tired grown man.” To be fair, he’s 5. The fear of getting up before noon and taking care of responsibilities is new to him.
Sharing photos of celebrity kids can be tricky
Unfortunately, Kim Kardashian’s kids were always going to be famous. Long before North West was born, she was already a well-known name around the world.
(North’s father is quite famous and infamous himself.)
Many celebrities aim to be discreet when it comes to sharing photos of their children. In Kim’s case, these photos of them heading to school are actually harmless. The whole world knows her kids.
