On Sept. 19, the 1000-Lb. Sisters cast member shared a video on her Instagram page in which she welcomed her new followers … while also sending an important message to anyone who can relate to any of what happened to Slaton.

“If you’re new here, my name is Tammy. Some of my friends call me Queen Tammy. You can do that too if you want,” Slaton said. does Sometimes goes by the name Queen Tammy online.

“On my page you will find inspiration, reality from me and hopefully, inspiration to continue your own journey.”

Slaton starred on the aforementioned TLC reality show for years, and when viewers first met him and his sister, Amy, he weighed over 700 pounds.

However, the 38-year-old has lost an incredible amount of weight so far. It’s truly amazing.

Slaton mentioned this trip in his message to old and new fans.

“whether [you’ve lost] 500 pounds like me [did]Whether you are sick, or you have lost almost all your weight, whether you are battling depression, or you don’t know what to do tomorrow, just know that you are safe here,” he assured everyone.

Slaton kept the positive energy going in the caption, too, where she said:

Welcome all new faces! I’m so glad you’ve chosen to follow my page! Here, you’ll find inspiration, motivation, and the tips that have helped me become the woman I want to be.

Tammy has over 789,000 followers.

She delivered this inspirational note shortly before her return to the small screen, as 1000-Lb Sisters Season 6 is set to premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 8.

“Whether you’re on your own journey of transformation or just looking for a positive space, I’m excited to have you here. Let’s keep moving forward together!” the TLC personality concluded on the matter.

Previously, speaking to People magazine, Slaton said she had no real mental health support system during her darkest times.

“The mental aspect of it is overwhelming,” Tammy explained this summer. “Being depressed and having a food addiction, I used to take my feelings out on food. There are so many things that can go wrong. Life is scary.”

This is certain.

That’s why we applaud Tammy Slaton for doing everything she could to make it just a little bit better. Less This is scary for anyone who follows him on social media.
