All week leading up to the Emmy Awards on Sunday, Sept. 15, Robin Roberts has appeared on ABC’s cultural touchstone morning show.
Following Friday’s Emmys special, she co-hosted the Emmys red carpet with her husband, Will Reeve. Good Morning America Co-host.
But an interesting moment came when he asked Reeve – before the event – about his plans.
Robin Roberts shared a photo on her Instagram Story of herself heading to the gym on Saturday. Reeve was also red carpet-ready.
Robin Roberts wrote on her Instagram Story, “At the hotel gym with @willreeve_ getting ready to host the Emmys red carpet pre-show!” She shared a photo of Reeve’s back working out on the treadmill.

Then, she spotted the two in casual clothes before their red carpet outfit transformations. She excitedly wrote on her Story post, “The countdown to Sunday’s Emmys has begun!”
“Now that we’re done working out in the gym, we’ll work on the red carpet,” Robin elaborated.
“I’m so excited. There’s so much here,” Reeve said then.
“Can you feel the excitement?” Robin Roberts asked her fans and followers while looking into the camera.
She then joked: “We are the appetizer to the main course, which is the 76th Annual Emmy Awards.” After that, she asked Reeve: “What do you want to do tonight?”
Will Reeve confessed: “I want to have fun and party, but I’m actually going to sleep. I’m going to study.” As you might have guessed, this is where Robin Roberts’ eye-rolling habit came into play.
