As mentioned on several occasions, Christine Brown is single and ready to mingle.
However, this past weekend, the veteran Sister Wives cast members didn’t match with any potential suitors.
Instead, she got to spend time with the five most important people in her world:
His five daughters!
“What a wonderful weekend with my daughters! We went to Gwen & Bea’s engagement party and it was wonderful to celebrate,” the TLC personality captioned a photo of her and the following kids …
Aspyn, 27, Mykelti, 26, Gwendlyn, 21, Ysabel, 19, and Truely, 12.
Christine shares these girls with son Padden with ex-spirit husband Cody Brown.
Of course, the two parted ways in November 2021.
Christine wrote via Instagram on November 2, 2021, “After more than 25 years together, Cody and I have separated and I have made the difficult decision to leave.”
“We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we raise our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.
“At this time, we ask for your grace and mercy as we navigate through this phase within our families.”
Brown has since made it clear that she is looking forward to a bright future, and is not stuck in the past.
Meanwhile, Gwendlyn got engaged to Beatriz Queiroz in December.
“I’m engaged!!” Brown wrote as a simple and informative caption to an Instagram photo of himself and his girlfriend at the end of seven months last year.
Taking to a different social media platform to promote, the 21-year-old added:
“You can see the proposal and the rings side-by-side on my Patreon via the link in my bio xx (unless we’re mutually OFC then send me a text it’s hilarious).”
Since her parents separated, Gwendlyn has been open and honest about her support of her mother’s decision to walk away from an unhealthy marriage.
For example, in a vlog posted on Friday, February 3, the reality star opened up about how she thought her father had “changed” over the years.
“I think she started to change because her kids used to be young and easily manipulated and I think she found it easier to talk to them [back then], We were not that drunk,” she told in the video.
“Now, we are adults and we have our own opinions.
“We have our adult thoughts and we have things that we do as adults, and I think they find it easier to talk about [us] When we were not so drunk.
Earlier, when Christine said she was leaving Cody, Gwendlyn delayed her response.
“I was like, you leaving? Good for you!” Brown explained in a YouTube video two months ago how his mother broke the news to him:
“She told me she was leaving and divorcing my dad at the same time. I was all hyped for her. Obviously I love her and I visit her all the time.
“But she was going home and I was happy for her. I didn’t like their relationship and she’s doing great now.
