According RMC sportsDani Alves’ fellow prisoners are jealous of the treatment the Barcelona legend is receiving. The winger has been arrested on charges of alleged sexual assault at a nightclub.
According to witnesses, prison officers are escorting Alves, which is special treatment than the others.
A testimonial said:
“From what I heard, four officials accompanied him to the courtyard, escorted him away, and kept him away, alone. I couldn’t tell you if he has contact with other prisoners, but what I do know is that right now he is separated because he is a special case, because he is a well-known athlete.”

Reports surfaced that Alves’ cellmate is a Brazilian named Coutinho, who is apparently Ronaldinho’s bodyguard. The witness, however, could not confirm if the news is true. He said:
“I couldn’t confirm, but from what I’ve heard here at the gates, yes.”
The Barcelona legend recently turned down a request for bail. He, however, is willing to accept any verdict that comes his way. Aalves reportedly said (via Soccer Spain):
“I accept whatever comes. I left home when I was barely 15 years old. I have overcome very difficult and complicated situations in my life. This will be one more that will pass. Nothing scares me.”
Barcelona legend Dani Alves’ wife Joana Sanz addressed divorce rumors
Dani Alves’ wife, Joana Sanz, recently visited the former Juventus winger in prison. When she was asked to address the rumors that she is looking to file for divorce, Sanz said (via RMC Sports):
“I’m not going to leave him alone in the worst moment of his life.”
Alves also reportedly recently made his prison soccer debut. However, he is reportedly going through financial problems at the moment.
