It’s definitely possible! Celebrities with influence, not servers or other workers who rely on tips to survive, might actually enjoy visiting their city.
The idea is for the singer to move to Nashville (however temporarily) and begin the project. She doesn’t have country credentials, but she can borrow from those who do.
