Angie Harmon’s teenage daughter is arrested.
This is really unfortunate.
Just a few months after Angie Harmon’s dog died in a tragic incident (for which she’s suing Instacart), her middle son graduated from high school.
However, just days later, her teenage daughter broke into a nightclub and stole bottles of alcohol, according to Charlotte police.
Angie Harmon’s daughter was arrested in early June
Avery Grace Sehorn is the 18-year-old daughter of Angie Harmon. She has an older sister, 20-year-old Finley, and a younger sister, 15-year-old Emery. Their father is Harmon’s ex-husband, a former NFL player named Jason Sehorn.
According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police records Entertainment Tonight After receiving the information, authorities arrested Avery Sehorn on June 6.
The incident happened just days after she graduated from Charlotte Christian School. It also happened just weeks before her 19th birthday — on June 22nd.
Angie Harmon’s middle daughter, Avery, is accused of breaking into the World Nightclub on June 5, WCCB Charlotte reported.
Reportedly, he also had two unidentified accomplices – two 17-year-old boys.
The three had allegedly been drinking alcohol, which is illegal for a number of reasons. According to authorities, they then tried to steal six bottles of alcohol worth a total of $500.
Avery Sehorn faces two serious charges
One of the charges against him is of break-in and/or trespassing. The other charge is of theft after break-in and/or trespassing.
He was released from jail after his arrest.
On June 28, less than a week after her 19th birthday, she will appear in court for the first time.
We could, of course, joke that Angie Harmon has been playing fictional roles in the justice system for three decades and is probably familiar with the workings of a courtroom, but that wouldn’t be fair.
His family has been through a lot this spring. While the family dog being shot and killed doesn’t excuse a robbery, it certainly can explain a major lapse in judgment on the part of a teen.
It’s a real shame, because right before this alleged crime took place, Avery’s famous mom was celebrating her daughter’s graduation on Instagram.
Obviously, we hope neither Avery nor the two unidentified minors have their futures ruined because of this alleged prank.
And, of course, if it’s a terrible mistake and they’re not at fault, we hope no one is messing with their future.
Either way, this is certainly not the way Angie Harmon or her daughter wanted the world to think of them.
