According to a new report, the 1000 pound sisters may look very different in the coming months.
As you may have noticed in recent days, insiders have indicated that Tammy, Amy Slaton and their loved ones are not happy at the moment.
They feel as if the producers unfairly edit the show they star in, and they are particularly resentful of their meager paychecks.
What does it mean to move forward?
Nothing is imminent as both ladies have signed contracts that bind them to TLC for at least the back half of Season 4, which should begin filming in the near future.
However, The Sun has now accused those officers Are Heeding Amy and Tammy’s concerns… and considering an all-expenses-paid trip to Greece for the 1000-pound Sisters cast later in the year.
The show is looking forward to honeymooning Tammy and her new husband Caleb Willingham, bringing the whole family with them to celebrate their union.
This will provide the series with a new and exciting setting, while hopefully (in the minds of the producers) will satisfy the needs and concerns of the Slayton siblings so that they sign a new deal for the upcoming season.
Why Greece?
The country has long been a bucket-list destination for the Slaytons, one Amy Halterman did a Greek-inspired pregnancy photoshoot with before the birth of her youngest son last year.
With Tammy and Amy reportedly in talks with at least one other network, higher-ups think this bribe (really, it is) will keep the siblings.
This time last year, of course, such a trip might not have been possible because Tammy was in no condition to make it.
But she qualified for gastric bypass surgery several weeks ago…and now look at her!
“I worked my butt off,” Slaton told Us Weekly this month, speaking publicly for the first time about the surgery, adding how he prepared himself for it and other aspects of the weight loss:
“I was starving for a long time and my hard work paid off.”
The same can be said about another important aspect of Tammy’s life: her Dear life.
Tammy recently said, “It’s the best thing that ever happened to me.” The news of the marriage with Willingham had come just two months earlier.
“God really blessed me.”
