Now, reports claim the family’s lavish home is in foreclosure and facing an almost immediate auction.
You know who isn’t worried? Brielle and Ariana. They are dismissing it as a “misunderstanding”.
This week, tmzThe go-getters caught up with Kim’s eldest daughters, the gorgeous Brielle and Ariana Berman.
Both had just reached LAX. This is not the right time to be in front of the camera, let alone give an interview.
Despite this, the young adult beauties responded to a “crazy” rumor – that their family’s Georgia mansion is in foreclosure and may soon have a new owner. after a auction,
“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Ariana, 21, suggested at the airport.
She then added that reports of her family’s lavish residence slipping from the grasp of her parents are just a big “misunderstanding”.
Are they sure? Well, at least, they could both attest to the current occupants of the house.
Just the night before, Ariana and Brielle both slept over at her parents’ house in Georgia.
And, according to him, no one in the family is planning to leave.
“Everything is still,” Ariana insisted. “We all live there.”
Meanwhile, Brielle, 25, seemed downright tired of hearing about it.
The questions about his family home and its ownership came as no surprise. As Brielle told it, he heard it last year.
She complained that her family had “already gone through this in November”, on a separate rumour.
At the time, the claimed Georgia mansion had just gone through foreclosure for $257,000.
That was not the case.
With that in mind, it really doesn’t seem like either of them are taking these reports seriously.
As if daring anyone to doubt them, Ariana joked that they would all “see what happens on March 7th.”
Trust Bank will reportedly auction the said items on that day. March 7th, mind you, is less than two weeks away.
Fulton County shared a notice just last week alleging that the auction will take place after Kim and Kroy defaulted on a $1.65 million loan.
By all accounts, the Zolciak-Berman residence is a real prize. And it has a lot more character than an alarming number of rich people’s homes.
That may be because Kim and Kroy bought the property a decade ago for less than $1 million, but have added millions in value, renovating and expanding in the years since.
All of Winchester House’s work as a resident may sound bad, but the results speak for themselves. We don’t know what’s going on with the house and family at the moment, but we hope the girls are right. No family should lose their home.
