What determines the NFL draft order?
Selections 1 through 18 are decided based on the previous season’s record, with schedule strength serving as the first tie-breaker. The result of the postseason game determines the order of the playoff teams (19-31).
The Cleveland Browns will not receive any first-round picks as they traded theirs to the Houston Texans for quarterback Deshaun Watson.
